Behind the products offered by kubotabg.com stands the Satnet EOOD service in Karlovo. For more than 25 years, our service has established itself as one of the best and most reliable in Bulgaria for the repair of tractors, agricultural machinery and spare parts.

At the very beginning, back in 1999, we were able to benefit from the heritage of the Tractor Plant in Karlovo, namely the invaluable specialist engineers who, after so many years, were able to pass on their knowledge and skills to our young specialists, to continue and pass on the traditions of mechanical engineering inherent to the region.

Our engineers are requalified annually through training in the factories of our manufacturers. Technologies in agriculture are constantly modernized and we must be prepared for new challenges. Currently, our service consists of over 30 specialists. They are the foundations of our competent and responsible professionalism.

With over 900 used tractors imported from Japan annually, our service center manages to inspect, service and repair or recycle each machine as needed. Although we are the busiest tractor service center in Bulgaria, due to the high volume of imports and sales, we manage to perform every repair qualitatively and on time. 

If you need a repair, you must follow the following steps:

- Arrange a date and time for acceptance at the service center by calling our service department.
- Transport or send your product to our service center in Karlovo, depending on the agreement with the logistics department.
- After acceptance, our specialists perform an analysis and diagnosis of the machine.
- You receive a call from the service center to confirm the upcoming repair.
- Your machine is repaired with quality and reputable parts.
- In the event of an out-of-warranty repair, you receive an invoice for payment.
- You arrange pickup or shipping of the repaired product with our logistics department.
