Delivery Information
Satnet offers its customers free delivery of purchased tractors and equipment to their home or farm. The delivery time can vary from one to several days, depending on the readiness of the goods and the transport schedule. The tractors are transported by the company's trucks, and for the equipment we use courier services, which we pay for. The exact delivery time is agreed on the day of the transaction.
While forming your purchase order from the online store, you will see an empty “Notes” field. In it, you can mention a convenient day for delivery and we will comply with your wish, if possible according to the service schedule of your locality.
Satnet is not responsible for any delay in the event that the delay is due to a courier or due to circumstances beyond the company's control. Immediately after delivery, the goods should be carefully inspected by the customer or a person authorized by him. In case of any damage, impacts and other damages found during delivery, an employee of the E-commerce department should be immediately notified at +359-888-444499 or by email at sales@satnet.bg.
Upon acceptance of the goods by the buyer without any remarks, all claims due to loss or mechanical damage lose validity. If a damage report is not drawn up in the presence of the courier or the company driver upon receipt of the goods, the possibility of filing a complaint is lost.
When delivering a tractor, you also receive all necessary documents for ownership and registration. For tractors, these are an invoice, contract, a certificate of conformity from the Technical Inspection Agency, operating instructions and a warranty card. For inventory, the difference is that instead of a certificate from the Technical Inspection Agency, you receive a CE declaration of conformity from the manufacturer.
